The condition for the exchange - the product should be unworn, unused & unwashed (no distinct odours, blemishes, signs of wear; not damaged by the transfer of make-up or deodorant), as well as the presence of documents confirming the fact of payment (electronic purchase receipt, invoice, courier receipt or other documents).
If the client wants to exchange goods without specifying a reason (including, did not fit in color, style or size etc.), the cost of delivery in both directions is paid by the client.
